O2E Brands is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our growing technology team in Kansas City! This Senior QA Automation Engineer position is to lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and robust automated testing framework for the TTM mobile App. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring software quality, reliability, and performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to release high-quality products efficiently and consistently.

  • Kansas City based team members will be expected to work in-office 3 days a week (Tues–Thurs).

???? A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Architect, write and maintain test automation framework for assigned project(s).
  • Shared ownership with the developers and other QA Automation team members on building unit, regression, integration test suites.
  • Up keep test harness that catches the defects that can be missed in-sprint through regular running of test scripts pre and post deployment in STAGING and PROD environment.
  • Auto-schedule test runs and maintain all test artifacts in a centralized location.
  • Review how the test automation scripts are written and enforce following coding standards. Help enforce optimization of test automation scripts cross-team.
  • Monitor test results, report bugs, and drive timely resolutions.
  • Generate KPIs and metrics to measure QA Automation effectiveness.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand their workflow, assess if the system being built meets their requirements and report defects.
  • Collaborate with test automation engineers, product & technology team members to help speed up troubleshooting of production/sprint defects/incidents.
  • Collaborate between manual QAs and test automation engineers to ensure that xray and katalon test scripts are sync.
  • Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to improve QA efficiency.
  • Work with Senior QA Manager on Test Strategies, Test Automation Tool Evaluation and QA Process Improvement initiatives.
  • Close collaboration with team and business users to cover ↑80% test automation and its integration with other systems.
  • Integrate test automation scripts with CI/CD.

???? WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 5+ years of experience in mobile, web, and API test automation, including end-to-end test development.
  • Strong programming skills in languages Java or Groovy and Typescript or JavaScript.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks: Playwright, Katalon, Selenium, Cypress, Appium.
  • Experience with Android Studio, Xcode, Real-device and emulator testing.
  • Proficiency in API testing tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Excel in Quality Assurance Policies, Standards & procedures.
  • Strong test design/documentation skills.
  • Translate business requirements into test cases / scenarios.
  • Strong communication skills to interface with the technology teams and business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with defect management systems.
  • Ability to maintain test data, test environment, test login, test template in a centralized repository.
  • Strong attention to detail to identify, record, and prioritize issues as they arise.
  • Troubleshooting and creative thinking to present viable solutions as problems arise.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Being up to date on the latest tools available on the market.

???? COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Salary $85,000 - $115,000 per annum (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity).
