Drive Quality Excellence As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our products and services. Our team develops and implements world-class quality control processes, procedures, and statistical techniques to drive continuous improvement. We work collaboratively with multiple areas to protect the customer and elevate the performance of our manufacturing processes through the relentless application of continuous improvement methods. Key Responsibilities: Lead analytics projects to drive business decisions Apply principles to solve quality issues that benefit the customer and the business Work with teams to frame, analyze, and solve problems, implement action plans, and drive closure Develop and drive continuous improvement efforts and preventative actions Contribute to the development of organization's goals and objectives Requirements: Relevant work experience along with Program/Project Management expertise Demonstrated fluency with Excel and PowerPoint Ability or desire to learn Power BI, structured programming languages Automation experience and expertise Understanding of industry trends and practices with regards to quality management, including Statistical Process Control, Failure Modes & Effects Analysis, Problem Solving, and Root Cause Analysis/Corrective and Preventative Actions Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Data Analytics/Computer Science required About Us: We put our team members at the center of everything we do.
