Key Responsibilities: Co-lead the technical and architectural vision for the team. Design and develop full-stack solutions. Collaborate with creative and technical teams to deliver innovative customer experiences. Work with various teams to optimize existing products and leverage Amazon's scale. Guide and mentor junior engineers, ensuring a high work quality and robust engineering practices. Drive the automation of network designs and fiber test reviews. A Day in the Life: You will be integral in building software solutions that enhance network acquisition and deployment processes. Proficiency in at least one programming language. Experience leading design or architecture efforts and mentoring teams. Bachelor's degree or CSSLP certification.
