About the role Software engineers at Compa have a high degree of ownership and autonomy to build the systems powering the future of enterprise compensation at a global scale. As a Software Engineer on the Agents you will be responsible for building, shipping, and delivering production-grade AI agents to enterprise customers like Stripe, Block, Roblox, etc. Compa’s first agents: Partner AI and Analyst AI help the world’s largest companies manage the largest line-item expense on their P&L — compensation. In this role, you will be on the frontline of a once-in-a-generation technology shift defining how agentic systems are built, deployed, and maintained in the enterprise. You have a high-level of trust and autonomy to build our core systems and influence the product roadmap. About you As our next Senior Software Engineer, you should have 5+ years of experience shipping production-grade software
