This includes architecting new systems, developing functionality, resolving bugs, and maintaining system health, all while continuously growing your skill set. You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams, working alongside a talented team of engineers. We are looking for someone who is both forward-thinking and hands-on, possesses a strong drive for delivery, and is a good mentor and team player.What You'll Do:Lead the development and testing of our systems and servicesParticipate in shaping the technical architecture of the productHelp translate product requirements into user stories and technical solutionsContribute to the development of highly available and scalable services in a production environmentGenerate ideas for new initiatives and technologiesCommunicate with project leads, product managers and other software developersConduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior engineersStay current with industry trends, bring innovative ideas, and contribute to engineering standardsWhat You'll Need:Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field4+ years of experience as a software engineer, designing and implementing complex software solutionsDeep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practicesExtensive experience with Java/Kotlin, Spring, AWS, Kubernetes, Temporal, Kafka, and DynamoDBProficiency with Git and CI/CD systemsExperience in collaborative coding, code reviews, and pull requestsProven track record of scaling highly available and critical systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to collaborate and drive projects to completionNice to Have:Interest in personal financeFintech, payments, or banking experienceExperience with cloud-native technologiesExperience scaling highly available, mission critical systemsCompensation And BenefitsThe base pay range for this role is listed below.
