About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Customer Data Platform (CDP) team. This team maintains Uniphore's CDP, enabling enterprises to activate and analyze customer data at massive scale. You'll work on performant user interfaces that help users explore data, design personalized experiences, and orchestrate customer journeys. Must Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience designing, building, and operating high-scale, mission-critical cloud-based production systems.
  • Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+), with experience building complex, scalable web applications.
  • Experience with Cypress or similar frameworks for front-end test automation and maintaining reliable test suites.
  • Hands-on experience with micro frontends, component libraries, and design systems, including tools like Storybook for UI development and documentation.
  • Ability to build API-driven UIs, including working with dynamic forms, JSON Schema-based models, and configurable front-end architectures.
  • Proven track record of delivering major UI initiatives in live production environments (e.g., framework migrations, structural page overhauls, large-scale redesigns).
  • Familiarity with backend APIs and data models, comfortable querying and debugging with basic SQL when needed.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), B2B SaaS products, or marketing technology (MarTech) tools.
  • Knowledge of authentication frameworks like Auth0 or similar for secure, scalable user access management.
  • Experience integrating with AWS services or using the AWS SDK for cloud-native front-end applications.
  • Exposure to Scala- or JVM-based backend environments and event-driven architectures (Kafka, Spark) is a plus.

Hiring Range: $140,400 - $193,050 - for Primary Location of USA - CA - Palo Alto. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
