We are looking for a talented, highly motivated software engineer with proficiency in C# programming. This engineer will play a key role in the development of our proprietary deep learning platform. Together with Cognitiv's team of engineers and data scientists, you will help build the next generation of tools to train and execute artificial neural networks at scale to solve complex big data problems. This position will be located in the Bellevue, WA office with a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in office (Mon/Tue/Wed) and 2 days remote (Thursday/Friday). Responsibilities Lead technical design, architecture and development of critical projects Analyze new and existing system requirements and propose novel solutions Implement efficient back-end services using C# and Postgres Upgrade existing .NET applications Be a mentor for Junior Engineers through Code Reviews, Pair Programming, Design Reviews. Develop automated testing and benchmarking routines Requirements BS or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or related field 4+ years development building back-end services in .Net Framework 4+ years' experience programming with object-oriented language (C#, Java/Scala, etc.) 4+ years of experience designing and implementing RDBMS data models.
