Description Join our dynamic team as a Senior Software Engineer specializing in SAP, where you will be instrumental in guiding government clients as a Subject Matter Expert. Primary Responsibilities: Provide expert advice to government clients on optimal SAP practices and strategies. Lead the change management process for smooth transitions. Design, implement, and deliver comprehensive testing and training programs for SAP modules, ensuring user readiness throughout the organization. Align diverse stakeholder interests to meet business objectives within the SAP landscape. Define business and technical needs while crafting detailed documentation to support new SAP features. Oversee SAP sustainment activities, including troubleshooting and user training, to ensure operational continuity. Manage analytics and prepare both monthly and annual government reports, integrating data from various sources. Engage with executive leadership to provide technical insights, recommend solutions, and aid in decision-making. Serve as the SME across different programs, domains, or technology stacks. Conduct research and implement best practices and emerging technologies for technical innovation and efficiency. Basic Qualifications: TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 12-15 years of relevant experience in software engineering (or 10-13 years with a Master's degree). Expertise in system integration, software testing, and infrastructure development. Experience in high-stakes environments that demand precision and performance. Outstanding communication and leadership skills, including the ability to present to executives. Demonstrated expertise in change management, testing, and training for large-scale systems. Preferred Qualifications: Extensive experience with SAP ECC and S/4 HANA implementations. Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
