: Identity Security Cloud is SailPoints Identity as a Service (IDaaS) product. The Senior Staff DevOps Engineer will be a key leader on the Infrastructure Platform Team, supporting the product suite and functionality. The role involves collaborating with Engineering, Product, Services, and other departments to design, improve, and implement our global SaaS infrastructure. Responsibilities Develop and implement new architecture patterns using Infrastructure-as-Code Document cutting-edge techniques and concepts with team members Design, build, and maintain a resilient, secure, and efficient SaaS platform to meet SLAs Automate deployment, monitoring, management, and incident response Monitor site stability and troubleshoot issues Scale infrastructure to meet increasing demand Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet requirements Collaborate with developers to deploy new features and services Enhance operational practices and procedures Ensure compliance with security standards such as ISO, SOX, SSAE 16 Background & Experience: 10+ years in 24x7 production operations supporting highly available SaaS or cloud environments 10+ years in cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS 10+ years with containerization, virtualization, and configuration management 5+ years with Kubernetes 5+ years with Terraform IaC managing multi-account, multi-region AWS environments 5+ years designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for Terraform and Kubernetes 10+ years using scripting languages like Ruby, Python, with strong shell scripting skills Strong understanding of systems, networking, and troubleshooting Excellent interpersonal and team skills, capable of influencing without direct authority Ability to operate in an agile, startup-like environment Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience (preferred, not required) Benefits and compensation vary by location and employment type. The total package may include bonuses, commissions, and equity. Salary ranges for US-based employees are approximately $134,600 to $250,000, depending on experience and other factors. Salaries for other locations are competitive.
