You will be the Senior Supplier Quality Engineer for our Missiles and Fire Control team, supporting the HIMARS Production Program. Our team is responsible for delivering high-quality products to our customers, and you will play a key role in ensuring defect prevention and elimination at our supply base and production facilities.

What You Will Be Doing As the Senior Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for applying quality principles throughout the production life cycle to prevent defects and ensure seamless delivery of products to our customers. You will focus on identifying and eliminating potential disruptions to our production process, from procurement to final acceptance and delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Applying quality principles to prevent defects and ensure quality products
  • Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to eliminate disruptions to production
  • Focusing on defect prevention and elimination at the supply base and production facilities
  • Ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production life cycle, from procurement to delivery

Work Schedule Information: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Work Schedule: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $81,600 - $143,865. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
