You will work with the FP5 G Solutions team and cross-functional engineering groups to ensure lab environments are optimized for showcasing cutting-edge technologies and supporting customer use cases.You will:Coordinate and perform installations, preventive and remedial maintenance of Dell FP5 G equipment located within the LAB computing environment or customers' sitesInterface with Dell FP5 G development teams to establish successful integration of equipment into demo systems and support external customersProvides top level technical expertise and support to engineering departmental usersWork with engineering departments to develop hardware configuration test plans to support business development effortsProvide on-site customer supportTake the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:Essential RequirementsUS CitizenProven experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of lab or R& D equipment, including servers, storage, and networking hardwareStrong troubleshooting skills with the ability to use diagnostic tools for equipment checks and preventive maintenanceExperience working in a Scrum or Agile development environment, proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar, to support automation and lab operationsExcellent organizational and communication skills to support dynamic priorities and convey technical information effectivelyDesirable RequirementsPost-secondary education in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, familiarity with 5 G, 3 GPP standards, Telecom systems, O-RAN, and RAN technologiesExperience with FP5 G technologies, lab automation tools, or supporting business development initiatives through technical demonstrationsUS Security ClearanceCompensationDell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
