Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Transportation Engineer to independently lead design production for a variety of infrastructure projects. This role is based in our Indianapolis office, which serves as the headquarters and houses our largest Transportation, Water Resources, and Structural teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design calculations, reports, planning preparation, and roadway modeling.
Coordinate project tasks and report to project managers and supervisory staff.
Assist in the preparation of proposal documents and preliminary project evaluations.
Support regional offices on a variety of infrastructure projects.
Develop and maintain relationships with staff at other firms and public agencies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited program.
Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Indiana (or ability to obtain).
7+ years of experience in transportation infrastructure design.
3+ years of experience managing projects and leading teams.
Experience with public sector projects (INDOT, county, municipal).
Proficiency in ACAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, Bentley Open Roads Designer, StormCAD, CDSS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
