Job Title: Sr. UI/UX Engineer Location: Tampa, FL (Remote) Duration: 11 Months

Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of UI/UX solutions for the modernization of the Operations Workstation and related brokerage tools. Expertly translate complex brokerage workflows (e.g., corporate actions, corrections) into intuitive UI designs that enhance user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and operations users, to gather requirements and conduct in-depth usability testing. Architect and build reusable UI components using frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js, ensuring adherence to Fidelity's design system. Mentor junior developers and designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in UI/UX design practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end engineering, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects. Advanced proficiency in front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js, with a deep understanding of design systems. Proven experience in leading usability testing and translating findings into actionable design improvements. Strong knowledge of accessibility standards, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility for enterprise-grade applications.
