Service Engineer (ESS part)

Responsibilities
Conduct on-site installation and commissioning of ESS equipment. Perform system integration, testing, and performance validation. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate deployment. Provide troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolution of technical issues. Conduct regular maintenance and system upgrades. Act as a technical liaison between the company and clients. Deliver training and guidance to clients on system operations. Ensure effective communication with clients during service activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of installation, testing, and maintenance activities. Prepare detailed service reports and communicate findings to stakeholders. Identify opportunities to enhance system performance and service efficiency. Provide feedback to product development teams for ongoing improvement.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in ESS installation, commissioning, and maintenance.(Not mandatory but preferred) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required. Travel to other States is necessary to develop new accounts and clients. (40 % expected.) Work week is 40 hours with rare instances of unpaid overtime.
