QUALITY
Why is this open: This is supporting a custom-built application for ServiceNow. They be doing new development and production issues/defects.
Day-to-Day: Team size is about 20. They will be building custom built applications in ServiceNow with JavaScript. If they have Archer experience that would be a huge plus. Someone who is a ServiceNow administrator only or even partly this is not the role for them.
Must Haves (and how they are used):
Active Certified ServiceNow Administrative (CSA) certificate. There is no exception here since they need to be certified to access code in ServiceNow.
Ability to renew/obtain a Certified Application Developer certificate within the first 90 days of onboarding. This will be non-negotiable. If an active CAD is not obtained by day 89, we will terminate on day 90.
3+ years of ServiceNow development experience heads down on their own.
8-10 years' experience as a developer would be great but would look at candidates with 5 years of experience.
1+ year of Agile methodology experience
1+year of JIRA experience
Plusses: Active CAD certificate
Previous GRC experience
ServiceNow custom application experience
Archer experience
