As part of our team, you will build AI-powered solutions that enhances content quality, enables content re-use across channels, and improves content accessibility for Amazonians (through AtoZ Assistant, MyHR Assistant). Dive into the exciting world of AI Content Optimization as you develop systems such as content quality scoring, automated metadata tagging, duplicate detection, conflict detection, and AI assisted content creation. You'll build APIs and services that enable content traceability, closed-loop feedback mechanisms, and real-time testing for AI Assistant responses. Your work will help unify content spread across 12 different CMS and unstructured solutions - a technical challenge with high impact.

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience - 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience - Experience programming with at least one software programming language PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
