Software Development Engineer The PXT Content Team is spearheading a bold transformation of Amazon's content ecosystem. We are revolutionizing how content is created, optimized and delivered - through our AI powered tools and services. As part of our team, you will build AI-powered solutions that enhance content quality, enables content re-use across channels, and improves content accessibility for Amazonians (through AtoZ Assistant, MyHR Assistant). Dive into the exciting world of AI Content Optimization as you develop systems such as content quality scoring, automated metadata tagging, duplicate detection, conflict detection, and AI assisted content creation. You'll build APIs and services that enable content traceability, closed-loop feedback mechanisms, and real-time testing for AI Assistant responses. Your work will help unify content spread across 12 different CMS and unstructured solutions - a technical challenge with high impact.
