Key Responsibilities: Lead engineering efforts to build and enhance our time and attendance technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system efficiency and scalability. Apply your expertise in architecture and design patterns to innovate and optimize existing solutions. Maintain high standards of code quality through rigorous testing and reviews. Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of professional software development experience. 2+ years of experience in the design or architecture of systems. Proficiency in at least one programming language. Preferred Qualifications: Experience throughout the full software development life cycle. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year to $223,600/year, depending on your market location and experience.
