Our client, a leader in the financial technology sector, is seeking a Software Development Engineer IV to join their team. As a Software Development Engineer IV, you will be part of the Digital group supporting the Card Services organization. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Provide 24x7 support of production Internet applications on a rotating basis. Act as a point of escalation for application support to diagnose and resolve complex customer issues in accessing the Portal and Web Services environments. Drive crisis technical bridges and leverage experience to reduce Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR). Participate in the requirements gathering process to ensure all operational aspects are identified and documented. Document install-defects and assign severity to the problems that occurred, performing root cause analysis after fallbacks. What's Needed? Hands-on understanding of Linux systems. Good understanding of cloud concepts. Experience in incident recovery and cross-functional team collaboration. Ability to perform trending and analysis of problems, anticipating issues and developing risk mitigation plans. Strong documentation skills and attention to detail. What's in it for me?
