About the role
You would be joining the Spend Management Growth team which plays a pivotal role in redefining the future of corporate spending as we scale from millions to billions of dollars in transactions per month. We simplify the lives of financial admins through our all-in-one platform for corporate cards, expense management, accounting automation, and more.
As a front-end focused full-stack engineer on the Spend Management Growth team, you'll build innovative features across the product suite to improve the customer experience, drive adoption, and increase revenue. You will directly impact customers, work closely with Product Managers, and own your work from start to finish. Since the inception of Spend Management, we've been dedicated to delivering an exceptional product experience.
This role is best suited for an engineer who leans more towards the front-end but is still comfortable understanding and writing back-end code.
What you will do
Take ownership of projects, guiding them from initial product requirements through to launch, benefiting all Spend Management customers. Maintain a relentless commitment to elevating engineering standards within both the team and the organization as a whole. Develop extensible and scalable solutions that expands our product offerings Provide mentorship to junior engineers, nurturing their professional growth and success. Identify inefficiencies within the team and drive process and system enhancements What you will need 3+ years of professional work experience using React and a backend system (i.e. Python/Django) Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals, providing you with a solid foundation to tackle complex technical problems and drive innovation. Proficiency in managing the complete project lifecycle, transforming intricate ideas into successful launches. Demonstrate a keen product sense that advocates for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone's compensation-including a candidate's professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.
The pay range for this role is:
135,000 - 236,250 USD per year (US Tier 1)
