In this role, you will: Identify and address technical debt within the Manufacturing Monitoring portfolio. Plan remediation strategies and coordinate scheduled downtimes across 50 plants for solution deployment. Serve as the North American support lead, managing reported issues related to monitoring applications implemented in all Ford manufacturing plants. Facilitate complex test plans involving our current five technical stacks. Provide leadership in achieving quarterly objectives for the Monitoring portfolio as the support lead. To succeed in this position, you should possess: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Technical proficiency in Windows Server Management, SQL Server, Python, and Angular with Java Script. Preferred knowledge of FIS, FIS 2 Go, and IIOT Monitoring. A solid understanding of server networks used in manufacturing plants. Experience with real-time issue resolution that affects production capacity. Working familiarity with Process Control Boards and the technologies that support their operation.
