About the Role As a Solutions Engineer, youll lead the full customer journeyfrom initial setup to long-term successby building and deploying custom conversational AI solutions. Its a fast-paced, hands-on role where youll work closely with clients, move quickly, and help shape the product through real-world feedback and use. Role Responsibilities Own end-to-end customer deployments, from pre-sales to onboarding to long-term success, acting as the main point of contact throughout. Translate client needs into action by managing stakeholder relationships, educating users, and communicating feedback to engineering teams. Work hands-on with low-code tools, API integrations, and webhooks to build and implement solutions quickly and effectively. Strong execution, technical acumen, and experience scaling products in high-growth or applied AI environments.
