Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the sales team to deeply understand client needs and transform them into customised software solutions. - Deliver dynamic and engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations for our EHSQ platforms. - Assist in crafting compelling solution proposals, RFP responses, and creating proof-of-concept environments that resonate with potential clients. - Support proof-of-concept engagements and facilitate client workshops that drive understanding and excitement. - Work alongside product and implementation teams to ensure our solutions align seamlessly with client expectations. - Stay updated on the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and Ideagen’s product advancements to maintain expertise. - Participate in ongoing training and development programmes to deepen your knowledge of our products and the domains we serve. Skills and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Safety management, engineering, business, MIS, computer science or related field - A strong interest in Environment, Health and Safety products - Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire clients. - An analytical mindset paired with a problem-solving approach that drives innovative solutions. - A genuine passion for technology and a desire to help businesses overcome their challenges. - Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, client-facing environment.
