About the Role
The Solutions Engineer plays a key role in the implementation and integration of manufacturing AI platforms for enterprise clients. This position focuses on delivering robust, scalable data integration solutions and ensuring seamless deployment across industrial systems. As a critical liaison between technical and customer-facing teams, the Solutions Engineer leverages cloud integration, APIs, and advanced data architectures to drive digital transformation in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and solution architect teams to gather technical requirements for customer integrations

  • Design and document integration solutions for ERP, MES, QMS, and other manufacturing systems

  • Lead full-cycle implementation of integration projects, including configuration and customization to align with customer workflows

  • Develop connectors, libraries, and API integrations with enterprise and shop-floor systems

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on platform architecture, API endpoints, and data modeling

  • Identify and communicate product improvement opportunities based on customer needs

  • Troubleshoot integration and deployment issues, including networking and system configuration challenges

  • Deliver technical guidance and best practices to clients and internal teams

  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and align project goals

  • Develop and continuously update technical documentation for integrations and deployments

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Process Engineer in a manufacturing setting

  • Hands-on experience with implementation or integration of technical systems

  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash

  • Ability to write SQL queries and interact with REST APIs

  • Familiarity with middleware platforms and integration frameworks

  • Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems

  • Basic understanding of enterprise networking and troubleshooting techniques

  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills

  • Clear and effective communication skills

  • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment

  • Based in the Atlanta area

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing environments or industrial automation

  • Background as a Process Engineer with exposure to data systems and technical tools

  • Familiarity with ERP, MES, QMS, or SCADA platforms

  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

  • Experience developing or deploying Industrial IoT or smart manufacturing solutions

  • Understanding of data protocols such as OPC-UA or MQTT

  • Experience with data pipeline tools like Apache Kafka or Airflow

  • Interest in sustainable manufacturing and operational efficiency

  • Background in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement

  • Passion for digital transformation in industrial sectors

Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $95,000 to $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This role may be hired at the Associate level ($95,000 to $115,000) or the Senior level ($115,000 to $145,000). Compensation includes a competitive equity package and comprehensive benefits. Final salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
