Your impact? Youll strengthen our global relationships with OEM partners and internal engineering teams by transforming technical challenges into tailored, high-performance solutions. Your work will directly influence the adoption of sustainable HVAC&R systems, drive customer success, and support global decarbonization goals. Youll collaborate with global application engineering, product marketing, and R&D teams, and take ownership of customer-facing technical integration and support. Youll help drive a more sustainable, innovative, and customer-centered future
This is an on-site position based in our Turbocor Headquarters in Tallahassee, FL. What Youll Be Doing Lead the technical integration of Turbocor compressors into OEM chiller and refrigeration systems to ensure high performance and compatibility
Provide advanced technical support to OEM customers, including troubleshooting, field issue resolution, and solution development
Collaborate closely with internal engineering and product marketing teams to develop tailored customer solutions
Manage and document product qualification processes for new designs and applications
Maintain strong communication with customers as the primary point of contact for all technical inquiries and feedback
Create and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, bulletins, and training materials
Conduct in-depth training sessions and workshops for internal teams and external partners
Drive application projects from concept to completion, ensuring delivery, alignment, and documentation
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify improvement and product development opportunities What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering development, technical support, or product application roles
Strong ability to build trusted relationships with global OEM customers and cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a track record of managing technical complexity
