**Key Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or an associate degree in Automation-related field preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in PLC programming & design (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Modicon) or HMI programming (e.g., Wonderware, FactoryTalk, Cimplicity, Intellutions). - 2 years of experience in SCADA programming (Rockwell and similar) - Municipal water / wastewater industry experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Capable of managing multiple tasks with attention to detail. - Willingness to travel: 20% overnight - within Midwest.
