We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Senior Level Energy Engineer who can work independently and communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders. Your new role
- Deliver high-quality energy analysis to clients with minimal oversight
- Delegate tasks effectively to junior team members
- Develop and articulate value propositions based on limited client information
- Communicate concisely and logically with clients and project stakeholders
- Collaborate with sub-contractors and other stakeholders to implement energy projects
What you'll need to succeed
- Proficiency in energy modeling software and spreadsheets
- Strong understanding of energy economics
- Excellent client communication and management skills
- Knowledge of energy audit and retro-commissioning processes
- Familiarity with NY/NJ utility incentive programs (ConEd, NYSERDA, NJ SmartStart)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of energy project finance and funding methods
