What Youll Do (a.k.a. Your Superpowers): Turn test requirements into 3D mechanical masterpieces using CATIA & AutoCAD.<BR>Design hardware thats not just functional but service-friendly (because no one likes a system that needs a yoga pose to fix). Make cables behave - routing them for accessibility, EMI mitigation, and fewer "oops" moments. Collaborate with literally everyone - from controls engineers to fabrication vendors - and still keep your sanity. Speak fluent LabVIEW, TestStand, MATLAB, Python (bonus points if your code doesnt cry under pressure). Play nice with protocols like CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet. Troubleshoot like a pro with oscilloscopes, analyzers, and a calm lets fix this face.
What Were Looking For: BS in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (or you built a powertrain in your garage - well talk). 3-5 years making automated test equipment for manufacturing. Youve launched automated test systems on high-volume lines without breaking into tears. EV powertrain testing experience = brownie points.
