Sr. Reliability Engineer

Honeywell's ACST team is seeking a Sr. Reliability Engineer for our Plymouth, MN location that will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability of our systems and products. You will be part of the Mission Assurance organization, and will be responsible for establishing, monitoring, and verifying reliability and maintainability performance for our designs to ensure program requirements are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate project designs to perform reliability allocations, predictions, modeling, and analysis for systems, and recommend design changes to achieve required levels of product reliability.
  • Create and maintain reliability and maintainability documentation, including program plans, requirements, failure modes effects analysis (FMEA), fault tree analysis (FTA), and criticality analysis.
  • Assist in review of engineering designs, operations, and serviceability for reliability and maintainability impacts.
  • Participate in failure reporting analysis and corrective action system (FRACAS), root cause corrective action (RCCA) and other mission assurance activities as required.
  • Collaborate closely with system engineers and integration/test engineers to develop technical studies and evaluations of engineering design concepts, including Accelerated Life Testing (ALT), Reliability Growth Testing (RGT), Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), and maintainability demonstrations.

The annual base salary for this position is $105,000.00 - 131,000.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
