Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, partners, and customers, to foster effective collaboration and support business objectives. Maintain a technical presence on-site to understand customer requirements. Formulate and execute customized, sophisticated high-level technical solutions tailored to meet the unique requirements of clients. Collaborate closely with the R&D team at Byte Kitchen & Fleet HQ in Israel to contribute to research and development initiatives. Support the R&D core components manager and team, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and overall project goals. Identify, review, and resolve technical and systems issues arising from the field, ensuring prompt and effective solutions. Handle and manage the technical aspects of customer initiatives to ensure successful implementation and satisfaction. Communicate effectively and regularly with team members, peers, and leaders to ensure organizational alignment. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to enhance team productivity and morale. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering/Development. Proven managerial experience within software development, focusing on customer-facing solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Confidence, presence, and personal drive balanced with humility and team-oriented innovation. High accuracy and timeliness in completing assignments. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with strategic big-picture understanding and attention to detail. A sense of urgency and passion for translating knowledge and innovation into action. Ability to act as an effective change agent, focusing on critical actions for significant results. Self-starter capable of adapting to a fast-paced, fluid work environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
