Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for design, development, integration, verification & maintenance of Embedded system applications for our next generation "Digital Cockpit Platform". Optimize performance, safety, and security of the software on Qualcomm SoC. Integrate, test, and validate software components to ensure the required high software quality level and conformity to industry standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams in realizing features. Qualification & Skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Embedded system application development using C/C++, unit test frameworks. Strong understanding of design and architecture patterns, unit test frameworks. Familiarity with QNX or Linux. Experience with networking protocols MQTT, DDS, RTP or others networking protocols. Experience with Qualcomm platform is a plus. Experience using git, JIRA and Jenkins. Understanding of Android is a plus. Strong understanding and experience or knowledge of automotive domain sensors (Camera's, IMU, GNSS, Radar etc.) is a plus. Experience in camera-based applications for automotive is a plus (e.g. early camera). Strong problem-solving, initiative driven, quick learning skills. ML/AI and edge deployment experience is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Excellent communication skills. Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors. Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid's equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.) Base Pay Range (Annual) $154,000 - $211,750 USD
