Job Responsibilities Design, develop, analyze, test, and debug computer software applications and systems. Learn about Image and Signal Processing, Real-time systems, Firmware, Database Design, Operating Systems, and more. Take ownership of outcomes, including budgeting, scheduling, and leadership. Communicate clearly (written and oral) with team members and clients. Support and mentor other engineers and support personnel, sharing technical knowledge. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field with at least 5 years of experience. Proficiency in C or Rust. Experience or willingness to learn NATS, Protobuf, Linux, React, Node.js, etc. Ability to lead a technical team independently. U.S. Citizenship and an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain one are required. The expected pay scale for this position ranges from $104,274 to $161,884 annually. The pay may be adjusted based on level, location, scope, experience, education, certifications, internal equity, and market conditions.
