Job Description Visa Technology & Operations LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs a Sr. SW Engineer (multiple openings) in Foster City, CA to:
Collect, analyze and report on metrics to demonstrate progress of projects and programs against their planned goals and deliverables Present portfolio data in tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint Monitor project and program compliance and work with PMO team members to produce compliance artifacts Extract useful business insights from the data and build deliverables that clearly communicate the findings and recommendations Assist in scoping and crafting analytic projects and solutions, bringing in and testing innovative ideas for out-of-box solutions Find opportunities to create and automate repeatable analyses or build self-service tools for business users Continuously identify and implement improvements that benefit projects, programs and teams Establish relationships within and outside the department Adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles Embrace collaboration while promoting an environment of diversity and inclusion Position reports to the Foster City, California office and may allow for partial telecommuting Qualifications Employer will accept a Master's degree in Engineering Management, Business Management, related field. Required Certification: 1. Six sigma green belt; 2. Java Certification; and 3. C/C++ Position requires experience in the following skills: Excel Macros Python; Shell scripts SQL Additional Information Worksite: Foster City, CA Travel Requirements: This position does not require travel. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $188,885.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
