Mount Indie is seeking a Sr Systems Engineer to support a Marine Corp effort. As a member of this team, youwill lead the technical operations and engineering efforts for a large, complex system utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The ideal candidate will bring extensive technical expertise in enterprise systems, IT operations, and network operations center (NOC) environments, combined with the leadership ability to direct and manage a team of 50 or more technical staff members. Required Skills & Experience:

• DoD Secret security clearance
• Masters Degree in Systems or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years deep technical knowledge of Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and related technologies, including database management and middleware.
• 10+ years technical experience in a network operations or IT operations center within the Federal Government.
• 3+ experience in cloud security, automation, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Strong understanding of IT operations, monitoring tools, and NOC processes.
• Experience with managing multiple DevSecOps teams and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop technical staff.

Required Certifications:

• Oracle EBS
• ITIL4 Practice Manager Plan, Implement, and Control,
• CISSP or CISM

Nice to Haves:

• Ability to easily communicate recommendations and issues to high-level General Officers/executives to influence decisions that support the organization's overall strategic plan
• Expertise in systems architecture, performance tuning, and disaster recovery planning.
• Experience with USMC logistics and/or supply applications/systems
