As an Electrical Integration and Development Engineer, you will be the technical leader responsible for the electrical integration, troubleshooting, and development of our prototype test assets and vehicles. You'll be the go-to person for resolving complex electrical issues, bridging the gap between design and manufacturing, and ensuring our vehicles meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. in Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
8+ years of experience working on complex electrical systems or electronics designs
Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals and ability to apply them to automotive concepts
Proven experience in vehicle launch activities from prototype phase through mass production
Proven debugging and diagnostic skills in electrical, mechanical, and software domains
Highly skilled in low voltage systems development, electric vehicle system architecture, functional safety, and component level integration planning
Experience with microprocessor-based system design and development
Familiarity with common communication interfaces such as SPI, I2C, UART, and Ethernet
Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
An eagerness to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment where you are part of a high performing team
A systems approach to design and development with the desire and curiosity to strive for exceptional delivery execution and continuous improvement
