Drive Samsung eCommerce initiatives related to inventory, supply chain management, order management, fulfillment, and logistics (forward and return). Innovate and automate these areas to enhance customer satisfaction, increase revenue, and reduce operational costs. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design solutions, finalize estimates, budgets, and roadmaps, resolve build and test issues, and ensure timely product launches. Write product specifications, work with UX designers on mockups, and collaborate with architects to simplify product features for technical design solutions. Prioritize work based on roadmaps and backlogs, and coordinate with engineering and QA teams for development and deployment. Partner with external and internal teams for new product launches, communicate progress, and resolve issues. Monitor launched products, analyze feedback, and incorporate learnings into future development. Deeply understand Samsung’s mission and strategies, and align the eCommerce team’s vision accordingly. Use data-driven insights to inform product direction, gather feedback, and foster innovation. Lead the definition, planning, and execution of new products and features, setting clear objectives and goals. Manage go-to-market strategies, including phased rollouts and training, and communicate plans and benefits to stakeholders.
Role and Responsibilities
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or a foreign equivalent, plus 3 years of experience in a relevant role. Experience must include: (1) Writing product specifications and UX mockups; (2) Creating and maintaining roadmaps; (3) Program management and product performance measurement; (4) Using tools like Confluence, JIRA, and Smartsheet; (5) Executing product marketing campaigns; (6) Implementing product trials, proposing solutions, and managing integration timelines.
The salary range is $255,445 – $265,445 per year, based on skills, experience, and internal benchmarks.
