Johnson & Johnson, Robotics and Digital (RAD) Solutions is recruiting for a Staff Mechanical Engineer - R&D Robotics located in Santa Clara, CA.

Robotics and Digital Solutions, is part of Johnson & Johnson Med Tech. At Johnson & Johnson Robotics and Digital Solutions, we're changing the trajectory of health for humanity, using robotics to enhance healthcare providers' abilities and improve patients' diagnoses, treatments, and recovery times. Overview:

We're looking for a highly motivated person who is passionate about mechanical design and applying this knowledge to the field of medical robotics. You'll be part of a fast-paced environment within a multi-disciplinary engineering team which is focused on quantitative results and delivery of a system that exceeds expectations of the customer. As an experienced professional, you will lead projects, mentor engineers, communicate within and across teams, and demonstrate and share your sophisticated mechanical engineering knowledge to drive projects to completion. In addition to team collaboration, you'll also actively work on results-oriented individual projects within medical robotics.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
