What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Optimize, deploy, and maintain innovative machine learning models and software tools for biological analysis - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance based on user feedback - Build robust data loader pipelines for scalable distributed training and evaluation - Develop model evaluation frameworks to help biologists understand model predictions - Create reusable engineering utilities to accelerate research initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications): - Master's degree in computer science with a focus on machine learning & data analytics, or equivalent industry experience - At least 6-8 years of experience in developing and applying machine learning methods - Proven expertise in deep learning models on large-scale GPU clusters - Strong knowledge of Python-based ML libraries and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and NumPy - Familiarity with modern frameworks for distributed computing and infrastructure management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in leading end-to-end experimentation pipelines for deep learning models - Ability to effectively balance exploratory research with robust engineering practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
