A well-established and growing structural engineering firm in Tulsa is seeking a Structural Design Engineer with 3-8 years of experience to join their collaborative and forward-thinking team. This is a direct-hire opportunity with strong long-term potential, excellent benefits, and the chance to contribute to high-profile commercial and institutional projects across the region.
About the Role
The Structural Design Engineer will:
- Collaborate with licensed engineers to develop detailed engineering drawings and calculations
- Assist with construction administration, including site observations and field coordination
- Apply practical, timely, and innovative solutions that inspire client confidence
- Hospitals & medical facilities
- K-12 and higher education campuses
- Biotech and R&D centers
- Commercial, industrial, and corporate buildings
- Sports, recreation, and arts centers
- Parking structures and more
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 3-8 years of structural design experience (commercial project focus required)
- Working knowledge of Revit (academic or professional experience)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- No sponsorship available
Please note: We are not considering candidates with a background exclusively in bridge, telecom, tower, or antenna engineering for this role.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ~ +/- $75,000-$100,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible start between 7:00-9:00 AM
- Work Environment: 100% in-office (Downtown Tulsa)
- Travel: Minimal, as needed
