As the Supply Quality Engineer, you will drive supplier accountability, reduce defects, and ensure high-quality, compliant products reach our customers. Your expertise will strengthen supplier performance and support continuous improvement across the supply chain.
How You'll Make An Impact:
Manages supplier non-conformances.
Leads root cause investigations, and drives corrective actions to ensure product quality.
Collaborates cross-functionally and with suppliers to support audits, improvement plans, and incoming material reviews.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical).
ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), ISO 13485 Lead Auditor Certification.
1–3 years of relevant experience in engineering, quality assurance, or manufacturing supplier quality.
Working knowledge of Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing principles.
Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies, including: Supplier Assessments, First Article Inspections (FAI), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), 8D Problem Solving
Root Cause Analysis, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Mistake Proofing and Process Control.
Strong quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data from Statistical Process Control (SPC).
Proficient in data tools such as SAP, MS Access, Excel (data modeling), and PowerPoint (presentations).
Effective verbal and written communication to interface with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Ability to develop and deliver communication plans and quality strategies.
Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $75,500 - $103,900 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is also eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
