Supplier Quality Engineer

Seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer to lead supplier qualification, auditing, and quality improvement initiatives in alignment with industry standards.
Job Requirements Bachelor�s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
3�5 years of experience in supplier quality, supplier development, or supply chain
Strong technical expertise in welding and coating; CWI certification preferred
Knowledge of ISO and ASME standards
Proficiency with root cause analysis and risk management tools
Lead Auditor certification or equivalent experience
Experience in supplier qualification, audits, and risk assessment
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%
Preferred Skills Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
Experience in global supply chain collaboration
Familiarity with digital quality management tools
Job Responsibilities Conduct supplier qualification, including audits, capability assessments, and risk evaluations
Manage supplier quality processes to ensure compliance with ISO and ASME standards
Lead quality improvement initiatives, corrective actions, and root cause analyses
Monitor supplier performance and implement risk mitigation strategies
Collaborate with suppliers to enhance quality systems and manufacturing capabilities
Support product and process qualification activities throughout the supply chain
Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
