As a Support Engineer in the Data Center Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless functioning of AWS global infrastructure. Your Responsibilities: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for capacity migration processes, collaborating with engineering and service teams across various departments. Support the movement and migration of server racks, focusing on defect identification and mitigation to enhance operational speed. Engage with data center technicians to facilitate issue resolution and promote capacity recovery through effective communication. Conduct deep dives into defects during the rack migration process, developing innovative solutions to enhance reliability. Contribute to data analytics efforts to identify trends and patterns that shed light on product lifecycle defects. Proven skills in troubleshooting and debugging technical systems. A minimum of 3 years of data center experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma. Linux troubleshooting experience related to hardware issues.
