Installs, configures, and tests operating systems, application software, and system management tools. Ensures the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability. Collaborates and manages various stakeholders to ensure high quality deliverables within the guidelines, policies, and procedures. Anticipating & troubleshooting systems related issues. Continual maintenance of security, including backup and redundancy strategies. Liaising with 3rd party vendors, IT providers, etc. for support where required. Provide system documentation and SOPs. Requirements: BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting UNIX /Linux based or windows environments.
