The Global Endpoint Management team within Expeditors helps internal teams with an array of modern and relevant endpoint technologies that deliver a productive, stable, secure and exciting user experience and works closely with teams like Cybersecurity, Networking, Unified Communications and Data Centers.
The Systems Engineer plays a key role in a cross-functional agile development team, responsible for the design, implementation, and support of existing and future Global Endpoint Management systems, applications, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter, a forward-thinking innovator, an independent and lifelong learner, a collaborative team player, and a strategic, analytical problem solver.
This position is on-site and will reside in the greater Seattle, WA. area at one of the following locations depending on availability. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.

Qualifications: Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Extensive experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows operating systems in enterprise environments.
Strong hands-on expertise with on-prem Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune to manage Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices at a global scale.
Proficient in Operating System Deployment (OSD) and application deployment using Intune.
Expert-level PowerShell scripting skills, including automation and integration with Active Directory, Microsoft Graph API, Windows 11, Group Policy, and SCCM.
Deep experience implementing and managing Conditional Access policies to enforce secure access controls.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, including endpoint protection, threat detection, and compliance frameworks.
Ability to monitor and respond to security-related issues using enterprise tools, providing actionable remediations, recommendations, and solutions.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive mindset for identifying and resolving break/fix issues and driving continuous improvement.
Effective communicator, capable of translating and presenting complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Independently learns and adopts new technologies through proactive research, testing, and thorough documentation.
Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying scalable, high-performance, and reliable solutions during technology implementations and configuration deployments.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience developing solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Microsoft Sentinel, Azure, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, with a track record of contributing to project planning, retrospectives, and iterative delivery.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technical field—or equivalent practical experience.

Additional Information
Expected base salary: $100,000 to $160,000
May be eligible for bonus following first year of continuous employment in position.
