Raytheon’s Air Defense and Command & Control Department within Systems Integration & Test is seeking a Mission Execution Test Lead to support Patriot program. Every day is a different set of challenges to overcome. Whether in hardware, software, networking, or some combination of all three, you'll be stretched to learn about how our systems work and identify the sources of new and unexpected issues through lots of troubleshooting and data analysis. You'll be expected to collaborate across disciplines and partner to implement solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating system verification activities across the Patriot program.
What You Will Do
Flight Test mission lead through planning, execution, and reporting
Responsible for test planning and walkup – including test readiness assessments
Responsible for the execution of scenario development, simulation runs, and hardware in the loop runs for record
Coordinate with analysts and subject matter experts to ensure pre-mission data is properly analyzed and presented
Coordinate with the overall Patriot Flight Test lead to identify resources required to execute test event
Identify travel team members, coordinate required briefs / access / permissions, provide travel information, manage travel logistics
Up to 10% travel required
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 2 years of prior engineering experience.
Experience with radar analysis and/or data analysis.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience planning or executing test events – such as ground tests, flight tests, SICOs
Experience interfacing with internal or external customers
Ability to develop and maintain test procedures

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
