About the Role Work with the team to design, implement, and manage the DevOps toolset Operate and maintain the DevTools ecosystem, including Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, SonarQube, BitBucket, Artifactory, and HashiVault Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system reliability and scalability Perform regular application and infrastructure upgrades for DevOps toolset Collaborate with development teams to develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless deployment and integration Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps and cloud technologies Requirements: Bachelor's degree inputer Science, Engineering, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in DevOps engineering Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) Experience in administrative activities or managing infrastructure of Jenkins, Atlassian tools, SonarQube, JFrog Artifactory Strong scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strongmunication and collaboration skills Additional Skills: Experience with HashiCorp Vault (HashiVault) for secrets management is a plus Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications? At Wellington Management, our approach topensation is designed to help us attract, inspire and retain the best talent in our strive to pay employees fairly andpetitively across all levels and roles. Our approach topensation considers all aspects of totalpensation; all employees are eligible to receive salary, variablepensation, and benefits. The base salary range for this position is: USD 55,000 - 100,000 This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when makingpensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and totalpensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.
Base salary is only oneponent of Wellington's totalpensation approach. Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/ or Incentives, if eligible.
