Company Summary: Enterprise Engineering Services, LLC (EES) of Marlton, NJ is looking to hire full-time Systems Engineers to support FAA efforts in Reston / Herndon, VA. Position Summary: EES is seeking Systems Engineers at the Journeyman, Senior, and SME levels to support FAA modernization efforts. These roles ensure network solutions integrate seamlessly with applications, voice systems, and automation platforms, providing technical guidance and validation of cross-domain dependencies. Qualifications: Journeyman: Education: BS/BA Experience: 5–7 years
Senior: Education: BS/BA Experience: 8–11 years
SME: Education: BS/BA Experience: 12+ years
Experience in systems engineering and cross-domain integration Proficiency in network, voice, and automation platform interoperability Familiarity with FAA systems and operational environments Ability to validate technical dependencies and system interfaces Strong problem-solving and documentation skills U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required Roles and Responsibilities: Ensure seamless integration of network, voice, and automation systems Provide technical guidance across FAA modernization workstreams Validate cross-domain dependencies and system interoperability Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams Support documentation and compliance with FAA standards Troubleshoot and optimize system performance ABOUT ENTERPRISE ENGINEERING SERVICES, LLC (EES): Founded in 2006, we are a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and minority-owned Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB).
