Our client is seeking a Microsoft 365 Systems Administrator to join their IT Infrastructure team in supporting critical clinical and business operations. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that blends cloud-based systems administration, virtualization, and scripting to improve infrastructure reliability and performance. The ideal candidate thrives in mid-sized environments, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about delivering scalable solutions.

Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $45-50/hour

What Youll Do:
Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot a hybrid infrastructure of physical, virtual, and cloud-based servers to ensure system availability and performance.
Lead small-scale infrastructure projects, including M365 feature rollouts, automation improvements, and service integrations.
Create and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline administrative tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders and internal customers to gather requirements, resolve issues, and implement best practices.
What Gets You the Job:
3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments/administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune).
Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation, configuration, and reporting.
Working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and hybrid identity environments.
Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware or Hyper-V) and enterprise storage solutions.
Excellent communication and documentation skills, with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
