Systems Integration Engineer

PGS Worldwide is actively recruiting a Systems Integration Engineer to support mission-critical integration efforts involving the PAC-3 MSE Missile Segment and other advanced combat systems. In this role, you'll work directly with a cross-functional team of engineers to shape and refine system requirements, architectures, and verification strategies throughout the development lifecycle. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge technology in a secure, highly collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary subject matter experts to analyze, define, and document system-level requirements using IBM DOORS . Assist with system architecture analysis using Cameo (SysML) to model system behaviors, interfaces, timing, and design concepts. Help define and trace verification artifacts to support program milestones such as Functional Configuration Audits (FCA) . Support integration and verification activities in coordination with subsystems and stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering , or another STEM discipline. 3+ years of experience with DOORS for system requirements analysis and documentation. 3+ years of experience using Cameo (or equivalent SysML modeling tools) . Understanding of system design concepts , trade studies, and interface development. Willingness and eligibility to work in a classified lab environment (U.S. Citizenship required). Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with PAC-3, IAMD , or similar Department of Defense (DoD) missile and combat system programs. Proficiency with MATLAB or C++ . Working knowledge of missile systems , fire control systems, and ground system integration. Eagerness to dive into detailed operational theory and missile/ground systems architecture .
