Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Technical Support Developer - Platforms: The Platform Support Engineer will be responsible for managing and resolving the most challenging issues for the ServiceNow platform. The Engineer will be a part of the Platform Technologies team; This team supports external clients in resolving technical issues that come into the que related to ServiceNow platform issues IE; Reporting cases, dashboards, performance analytics, AI search, NLU (Native Language), etc. We're seeking candidates with a strong database background with understanding of database tables and experience validating data on the back end.
